From this commercial implementation case, we find out OASIS is capable to align incentive between team members and the management, it address the principal–agent problem in managing a well-established business.

A pilot commercial implementation of OASIS was conducted on October 2019, in a well-established toy manufacturing plant in Guangdong, China.

After our systemetic analysis, we got some interesting findings:

- Compared with academic users, the commercial user’s team members tend to give more unequal assessment of contributions;

- OASIS aligns incentive between team members and the management, it addresses the principal–agent problem in managing a well-established business.
